How long does a typical digital platform project take?
It depends on scope, but most engagements start with a discovery phase to map users, workflows and requirements, followed by design and iterative development. We work in agile sprints so you see working software early, not just documentation.
We already have a legacy tool, do we need to start from scratch?
Not necessarily. We often start by understanding exactly what your existing tool gets right (the technical logic, the domain knowledge baked in) and rebuild the experience and architecture around it, rather than throwing it away.
Can you work with our engineers and technical specialists directly?
Yes, and we prefer to. The best outcomes come from close collaboration between our design/development team and your domain experts throughout discovery and build.
